Organaise overview (Main Terms)
Account Registration : Only registered users can buy and sell on Organaise. You must provide accurate and updated information and maintain the confidentiality of your account. Organaise is not liable for any activity on your account.
Pricing : Sellers set their pricing at their discretion. Buyers pay in advance to create an order, with payments processed through Organaise's secure system.
Order Fulfillment : Sellers are required to fulfill their orders promptly. Frequent cancellations may affect their reputation.
Intellectual Property : Buyers are granted rights to delivered work unless otherwise specified. Organaise retains the right to use delivered work for marketing purposes if agreed upon.

Logo Design Tools : Organaise offers tools for logo design, allowing buyers to customize logos with commercial use rights.
1) Account Creation and Maintenance
Eligibility: To create an account on Organaise, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Organaise is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
Profile Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile. Misrepresentation of your identity, skills, or services offered may result in account suspension or termination.
2) Services Offered
Freelancer Listings: Freelancers can offer predefined service packages (referred to as “Plans”) with upfront pricing. These services must comply with Organaise’s guidelines and legal requirements.
Client Purchases: Clients can browse and purchase services directly through the platform. All payments are processed via Organaise’s secure payment system.
Service Delivery: Freelancers must deliver services as described in their Plans and within the agreed timeframe. Clients are encouraged to review and approve the work promptly upon delivery.
3) Payments and Fees
Payment Process: Payments are made through Organaise’s payment system, and funds are held in escrow until the service is completed and accepted by the client.
Service Fees: Organaise charges a service fee on each transaction, which is deducted from the freelancer’s earnings. The fee percentage is outlined in the freelancer’s account settings.
Payment Release: Upon client approval of the completed service, funds are released to the freelancer after a specified clearance period. Organaise offers multiple withdrawal options, and applicable fees are detailed in the payment section.
4) Dispute Resolution
Dispute Filing: If a client or freelancer is dissatisfied with a service or payment, they can file a dispute through Organaise’s platform.
Resolution Process: Organaise’s dispute resolution team will mediate the issue, considering the evidence provided by both parties. Solutions may include refunds, rework, or other remedies as deemed appropriate.
Final Decision: Organaise reserves the right to make the final decision in dispute cases. Both parties agree to abide by Organaise’s resolution.
5) Withdrawals and Payouts
Clearance Period: Freelancers can withdraw their earnings after a specified clearance period, which allows time for any disputes to be resolved.
Withdrawal Methods: Multiple withdrawal methods are available, including bank transfer, PayPal, and other electronic payment systems. Fees and processing times vary by method and are outlined in the withdrawal section of the freelancer’s account.
Minimum Threshold: A minimum withdrawal threshold may apply, depending on the payment method chosen.
6) Communication and Collaboration
On-Platform Communication: All communication between clients and freelancers must occur on the Organaise platform. This ensures transparency, security, and adherence to the terms of service.
Off-Platform Transactions: Engaging in off-platform communication or transactions is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
7) Intellectual Property and Ownership
Original Work: Freelancers must deliver original work or work for which they hold the necessary rights. Plagiarism and infringement of third-party rights are strictly prohibited.
Transfer of Rights: Upon successful completion of the service and payment, intellectual property rights are typically transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Use of Client Materials:Freelancers may use client-provided materials (e.g., logos, images) solely for the purpose of completing the service. Any other use is prohibited without the client’s explicit consent.
8) User Conduct and Obligations
Professional Behavior: All users are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, and abuse are not tolerated.
Prohibited Services: Offering or soliciting services related to illegal activities, adult content, or other prohibited categories (as outlined in Organaise’s policies) is strictly forbidden.
Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the platform, including tax obligations.
9) Account Suspension and Termination
Grounds for Suspension: Organaise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or are inactive for an extended period.
Notice and Appeal: In most cases, Organaise will provide notice of suspension or termination and allow the user to appeal the decision. However, Organaise may take immediate action in cases of severe violations.
10) Confidentiality and Data Protection
Confidential Information: Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained through the platform, including client briefs, business strategies, and proprietary materials.

11) Changes to Terms and Conditions
Amendments: Organaise may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Organaise is registered.
